Gift vouchers are available for all products & treatments, valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Our gift vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please quote the gift voucher number upon booking and present upon arrival.

Gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed and we will not accept any altered vouchers.
Bookings are not essential although preferred to ensure that your position has been secured within the salon.

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments requires a minimum of 24hrs notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation surcharge.
